Our physical offices are conveniently located in Enfield, CT and East Longmeadow, MA. Our providers are licensed in CT, MA, RI, and pending FL. We provide services both in-person and Telehealth.

Our therapists tailor interventions to meet your specific needs, recognizing your underlying concerns, strengths, and the readjustment you are going through. They are trained in psychodynamic approaches, EMDR, CBT, DBT, trauma-focused, motivational interviewing, accelerated resolution, and play/art therapy.
