Caitie Sailor, LMSW, is a compassionate and nonjudgmental clinician who is deeply committed to a person‑centered approach to healing. She works collaboratively with clients, supporting them in navigating their therapeutic journey at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful of their needs. Caitie strives to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment.

Caitie has extensive experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop effective coping strategies, strengthen emotional resilience, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change. Her areas of specialization include supporting individuals experiencing substance use challenges, providing guidance throughout the recovery process, and offering affirming, identity‑responsive care to members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University in 2009 and her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Saint Joseph in 2021. Since 2009, Caitie has practiced social work across micro, mezzo, and macro levels, bringing a holistic and systems‑informed perspective to her clinical work.

Caitie is dedicated to fostering empowerment, self‑acceptance, and personal growth. She is committed to helping each client recognize their strengths, build confidence, and move toward a greater sense of wellness and well‑being.
