
Jenette is a Licensed Master Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals and families in navigating life stressors, trauma, and challenging transitions. She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Connecticut in 2023 and has been serving her community as a social worker since 2016. Jenette is passionate about helping families heal and grow together. She incorporates electic therapeutic approaches, including play therapy, art as a form of expression and healing, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). She also has training in Circle of Security Parenting, which helps caregivers strengthen secure attachments with their children. By integrating these approaches, she supports clients in exploring emotions, building resilience, and developing practical coping strategies in ways that feel meaningful and accessible. Her therapeutic style is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and client-centered. Jenette strives to create a safe space where clients of all ages can feel heard, understood, and supported on their journey toward healing.
