Leticia Cruz, LMSW

Leticia Cruz is a bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker focused on providing quality, individualized care to her clients. She holds an Undergraduate degree in Human Services from Springfield College and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the same institution. She is experienced in treating a wide range of clients, from children to the elderly.  Leticia has exceptional experience with Motivational interviewing, Solution-focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, CBT, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

Leticia is trained in both individual and group treatment and has treated clients in many settings, including inpatient units, outpatient clinics, and in-home care. Her clinical focus includes depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship issues, substance abuse, trauma, chronic health issues/pain issues, dementia/caregiving issues, and a variety of severe mental illnesses.

Leticia strives to create a warm, relaxed, comfortable, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment. She is empathetic and utilizes a combination of supportive interventions to assist clients. Her goal is to utilize each client’s individual strengths to obtain adaptive coping skills and improve overall functioning.
