Play Therapy

Play Therapy is a developmentally appropriate, evidence-based approach to help children express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences through play—their natural language. In a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, children use toys, art, and creative expression to work through challenges that may be difficult to put into words.

Play Therapy can support children experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, grief, family changes, and more. Through guided play and the therapeutic relationship, children build emotional resilience, develop problem-solving skills, improve communication, and gain a sense of mastery and self-confidence.

Our trained therapists create a nurturing space where children feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow at their own pace. Parents are often included in the process to support understanding and strengthen the parent-child relationship.
